Workover Rig
Self propelled workover rig consists of: carrier, right angle gear box, drawworks, brakes cooling system, hydraulic winch, hydro brake, substructure, swivel, air slip and air system and hydraulic system of driller's console. Except XJ150 with single mast, workover rig use double telescopic mast.
This series workover rigs have been sold to all over China, taking the lead in Chinese markets. also exported to Ukraine, Canada, Russia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia etc.
Chassis is powered through PTO by engine. c/w front and rear driving. Heavy Duty wide wheel-base axles, low cross section tires, high strength steel beam, hydraulic assist steering, dual pipelines brakes.
Mast is designed as per API-8C. Double section II type, hydraulic rasing and telescoping mast, dual safety protection. FEM analysis is applied in mast design.
CAT or Detroit diesel engine provide reliable power for rig. Allison Transmission, throttle of Engine, gear shift can be air remote controlled.
Both single drum and double drum are available. Lebus groove assures wirelines aligning in order and long life. Air thrust Disc type clutch, Band type brakes for main drum braking, brake rims with forced water circulating cooling, hydro-brake or air controlled disk brakes are optional for auxiliary brakes.
