ZJ30/1700JD Electrically Driven Rig
ZJ30/1700JD drilling rig is a new-type electric drive rig taking the AC asynchronous motor as the power source . It can be used to drill 3000m vertical wells or 2500m cluster directional wells especially in oilfields with the electricity network, it may also be used in oilfield without the electricity network provided a 700kW diesel generator set is equipped.

Principle and Features of Rig Structure:
The drilling rig is equipped with a 40m cantilever (A type) mast and a module mounted substructure of integral traction type that can be moved separable or integrally, The traveling-hook-elevator link system has two kinds of rope reeling structures: 4x5 and 5x6 , customers may choose either structure according to the well depth. The rope reeling is made clockwise.
It uses joint drive of drawworks and rotary table and independent drive of mud pumps, so that the main driving system has only two transported, units, thus making the assembly or disassembly convenient.
The AC asynchronous motor can drive the drawworks and the rotary table. The electric control system is simple in structure, reliable in operation and smooth in driving. The transmission with multi speed shifting can meet the requirements of drilling wells under various formation conditions. Because the drawworks is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake, the high braking torque and the uniform brake block wear are obtained and the remote control is realized, further reducing driller's labour intensity. Besides, the air-cooling electromagnetic eddy current brake is used as an auxiliary brake to absorb the trip-in energy of the drill stem and lessen the wear of the hydraulic disc brake. The drawworks is the open-type in structure, the chain compound case itself is fully closed in the driving mode.
ZJ30/1700DZ Drilling Rigs
ZJ30/1700DZ drilling rig is a new-type electric drive rig taking the DC motors with additional features to ZJ30/1700JD
The power of the DC motor inputs the frequency converting case through the elastic pin coupling and drives the drum shaft and the rotary drive shaft respectively after changing the speed and transferring separately the power. The rotary drive shaft drives the rotary table through WX-870 cardan shaft. The driving system is divided into two units: drawworks and rotary table. The drawworks is equipped with DC motor, transmission, drum shaft, rotary drive shaft, hydraulic disc brake and frame. The transported units of the driving system are less, these two units are connected by WX-870 cardan shaft. Therefore, The transportation and the disassembly are convenient and prompt.
DC motor is taken as the power source to enable the rig to realize the stepless variable drive and the flexible driving, prolonging the service life of driving components.

ZJ50/3150DE drilling rig is equipped with a complete diesel generator set as the power source and uses the DC electric drive mode (by means of AC-SRC-DC) and the "one-to-two." control mode. These two modes feature advanced mechnical properties and convenient and reliable control.
The closed drawworks with internal variable drive is used to carry out the stepless variable drive through four gear shifts. The one-piece rotary drive case drives the rotary table through a cardan shaft. The drill floor is smooth and spacious.
These two 9m high substructures (the front substructure and the rear substructure ) of parallelogram type can be assembled on the ground. Besides, the open-front mast is used.

ZJ70/4500DS Desert Drilling Rigs

ZJ70/4500DS drilling rig is used to explore and develop 7000m ultra deep wells in the desert, The main features of the drilling rig are as follows:
1. AC-SCR-DC driving mode with advanced world level is used.
Drawworks , rotary table and mud pumps are driven by DC motors with stepless variable drive, making the drilling operation obtain the best performance parameters.
2. 9m high swing lift substructure is used. The drawworks is assembled on the low drill floor and then raised integrally with the substructure floor.
3. 45m high open front mast is assembled on the ground and raised integrally to the upright position.
4. The drilling rig is equipped with 2 F-1300 mud pumps and a complete solids control system that uses four purifying processes.
5. The high installed power is provided, the total power is 750x5=3750kW.
6. Generator set, mud pump set, solids control system and air processing device are installed inside the wind-proof and sand-proof houses. The drill floor and the racking platform are shielded with wind-proof and thermal insulation canvas.

ZJ70/4500D drilling rig is equipped with a diesel generator set as the power source and uses the direct current electric dirve mode ( by means of AC-SRC-DC) and the "one-to-two" control mode. These two modes feature advanced mechnical properties, convenient and reliable control.
The self lift (slingshot) type substructure is used. The mast and all equipment on the drill floor are assembled in a low position and then raised integrally.
The closed drawworks with stepless variable drive through four gear shifts and the turnover type sinking rotary drive case are used, all connections are made by cardan shafts. The drill floor is smooth and spacious.

Truck-mounted drilling rig is a kind of self-propelled drilling rig. Self-propelled chassis, II type telescoping mast. with good country cross, easy moving. The power is from the diesel engine on chassis.
Chassis for truck-mounted rig is driven by power through transfer ase from diesel engine. Heavy Duty, wide base axles, low cross-section, high tensile chassis beam, hydraulic steering, dual pipelines braking.
The mast is designed as per API-8C, Double section II type, hydraulic rasing and telescoping mast, dual safety protection,easy operation. FEM analysis system is applied in mast design under 7 conditions.
CAT or Detroit Diesel Engine provides reliable power for rig. Allison transmission provides with excellent performance. Throttle of Engine, gear shfit can be air remote controlled. Gear compound box with compact structure, reliable performance.
Both single drum and Double drum Drawworks are available.Lebus groove to assure wirelines aligning in order and long life. Air thrust disc type clutch is used. Band type brakes for main drum braking, brake rims with forced water circulating cooling. Hydro-brake or aircontrolled disk brakes are optional for auxiliary brakes.
Centerally controlled electricity, air and hydraulic system provide easy operation and maintenance.
