We supplies wellheads and Christmas trees suitable for land and offshore applications to explore, develop and pro-duce oil. Designing, producing, manufacturing, test, quality control conform to API 6A, latest edition. The main pressure-containing parts of these products are made of forgings or specially smelted low alloy steel(stainless steel), having high bearing strength. Well-heads manufactured by our company are available in105MPa maximum working pressure and 500 tons maxi-mum suspending capacity, material classes from AA through FF, temperature classes from L through V, prod-uct specification levels from 1 through 4 and PR-2, and are in accordance with NACE Standard MR0175. Our products is licensed to API 6A, API 6D, API 16C, API16A and API 7.
Wellheads contain many different kinds of configurations, meeting requirements of all kinds of bore frames and casing programs, providing service in different working conditions. Christmas trees and aux-military equipment are available at your option. Wellheads also can be designed and manufactured according to customers' requirements. |

Series TFZ 35-70A casing head

Based on all kinds of drilling and oil-production casing head used in the oilfields at home and abroad and Series TFZ35-70A casing head, considering of the actuarial conditions of drilling process flow, is a new patent product (Patent No.01217781.4), which gathers all of the advantages of casing heads, simples installation process and furthers to raise the safety and reliability. |
